This program is designed for children who have never skated or those who have only skated a couple of times and want to improve. It is a prerequisite for all other SYH  programs. 

Stowe Youth Hockey coaches run the Learn to Skate program in conjunction with Stowe Rec.  Helmets and skates are required (free skate rentals are available at the pro-shop for the session).  Most kids also wear warm clothing and gloves/mittens. This is a skating only class - sticks and pucks will not be used.
